"Tivemos um problema no check in em relação ao depósito e o gerente foi meio grosseiro conosco. Ele passou o cartão e na fatura mostrava que o valor de U$ 10 tinha sido descontado, porém, para ele, não constava o depósito. Tentamos explicar e mostrar que tínhamos pagado o valor e ele não aceitou ver. Para não discutir e porque estávamos cansados, passamos o cartão pela segunda vez e, novamente, constou o valor na fatura, nem isso o convenceu. O hotel é bom, camas confortáveis, bom café da manhã...

"Quarto limpo e espaçoso; restaurantes próximos; café da manhã razoável; tem rampa para acessar as springs, caso vc tenha um caiaque ou bote inflável, porém esteja preparado para uma remada de cerca de 20 a 30 minutos para acessar a Three Sisters Springs."

"We arrived late in the evening. Had to rush through dinner or pay a 20$ late check in fee. Almost impossible to find the front desk due to it being at the back of the property and hardly any lightening. Wouldn't stay again"

"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area...
