Villa Vezzosa D is a cozy and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from the medieval hamlet of Citerna, where you will find shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).

To stay at Villa Vezzosa D you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Villa Vezzosa is a large classic old farmhouse in the country surrounded by a garden. There is a sunny swimming pool in the garden. You'll be in the verdant countryside between Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from the lovely towns of Citerna and Anghiari, which are on the list of "The Most Beautiful Towns in Italy". Villa Vezzosa sits at the edge of the tiny village of Mancino, a cluster of ancient stone homes. Here you won't find tourist hoards, but the real inhabitants of the place, cordial and hospitable, and you'll be able to taste the way of life (and the food and wine!), which are genuine Italian country-style.


At Villa Vezzosa you'll find five small vacation apartments. The garden and pool are available for all guests, and there is a spacious patio furnished with a table for each apartment, along with a barbecue grill and brick wood oven, and a large salon with fireplace. The pool is heated by solar panels. Villa Vezzosa can accommodate up to 15 guests. The entire structure can be rented as a whole under the name Villa Vezzosa Grande.


The nice couple who own it live on site in a separate home, and are available to give you information and are happy to let you taste the organic fruits and vegetables from their garden.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. It is heated. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September, from 9 am to 8 pm.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. In the garden you will find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the patio. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the swimming pool.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
