"My partner and I were in Edmonton for a wedding at the convention centre. I chose the hotel because of its convenient location. We enjoyed the surrounding area with all the walking trails along the river. There were some great places to eat within walking distance as well. Not staying in a city location very often, I had a hard time swallowing the cost of parking, I don’t know if $45 a day is too much? We didn’t eat here, but it looked like there was a nice view from the restaurant overlooking...

"I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."

"Our stay was okay, it was a good price but the initial room we got, our sink was not draining. They moved us to a different room. I had also called the day before check in to request a mini fridge, and they told me I would have to request one at check in. When I requested one at check in, they told me there were none left. The room itself was a bit hot, and there was also construction in the morning (which they failed to notify us about) that woke us up. A great spot in downtown and close to...

"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."

"there were multiple amenities i thought i had but was told wasnt apart of my booking. decently clean but saw a few stains on the beds and the walls and floors need to be deep cleaned."
