The property includes two independent apartments: Suite Aria, the most panoramic, and Suite Terra & Fuoco and Acqua, larger and located on the ground floor. Suite Aria is situated on the second floor of the masseria, accessed directly from the terrace via a charming outdoor staircase.

Flooded with natural light, it offers sweeping views across the entire valley. The apartment, tastefully furnished, features a comfortable double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a spacious living area with large panoramic windows. Here you’ll find a double sofa bed (max. 16 years), a dining area, and a small fully equipped kitchenette.

The complex is set in a unique and privileged location, with unmatched views of the surrounding valley. The outdoor areas, shared with the other apartment of the masseria, include:

• Infinity saltwater pool (12x5 m) with sun loungers and lounge chairs
