"When we arrived check in was fast, but when we went to our room on the 3rd floor the air handler on the roofer was so loud it sounded like it was right in the room. After returning from dinner we asked the front desk to move us to the 2nd floor if possible and the two young ladies were so accommodating and nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy and pillows were soft. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hinesville."

"I have stayed here in the past and that experience was wonderful. During this stay, the room that was paid for in advance was canceled by the Manager on duty after showing her confirmation and after speaking with someone from third party. She wanted me to pay cash for the room and told me to wait for the 3rd party to refund me the money back. She was very unprofessional and rude."

"There's an urgent need for an upgrade of the building. It is roach infested. I encountered them mainly in the bathroom. I stayed there last year June and again this June. It's deterioating. If there's no improvement I won't go back there."
