In the UNESCO Euganean Hills Biosphere Reserve of Padua, this beautiful holiday home from the late 19th century is surrounded by olive trees and woods, in a favourable location for visiting some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Arquà Petrarca and Este, as well as numerous Venetian villas.



Thermal baths, cycle paths and golf courses also await you nearby. Enjoy the privacy of the beautiful garden full of flowers and aromatic herbs. The garden is protected by an electric fence to keep wild animals away from the house.



The accommodation is spread over two floors connected by a steep wooden staircase.



You can practise various sports such as mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking, climbing in Rocca Pendice (12 km) and paragliding from Monte Madonna. For divers, the Y-40 swimming pool, the deepest in the world with thermal water, is 15 km away.



The thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto Terme with treatments and thermal pools are 15 km away. Within an hour's drive you can reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast or Lake Garda with its theme parks. The strategic position, located in the centre of Veneto, allows you to quickly reach the main cities of art: Venice (70 km), Padua (30 km), Vicenza (45 km), Treviso (60 km), Verona (85 km), and medieval villages such as Arquà Petrarca (10 km) and over 500 Venetian villas and abbeys that dot the area.
