"We have a nice stay at Sassalbo. The accommodation was nice and clean, nice out-of-doors. The house inside was cold and there was no Coffee brewer, microwave, wacuum cleaner or dishwasher, which where meantioned in the description. Also Sassalbo was small and missing regular services, so we had to drive to bigger cities for grocery and other things."

"What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community.
