The owners of "Le Calle" organise visits around the farm aboard an entertaining "agribus," offering an engaging and educational experience for all guests. Once a week during the months of June through August, a dinner is offered featuring the excellent products of the farm, which are also available for purchase in the on-site shop. A reception is available within the residence, and a washing machine is provided for shared use among guests. Parking is available directly on the premises. A grocery store is located 1 km from the property, a supermarket is 10 km away, and a restaurant can be found 3 km from the farm. A riding stable is situated 10 km from the property. Unit Layout

"Bandiera" is a charming 3-room vacation rental apartment spanning 90 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 2nd floor of the building, and designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The apartment is spread over 2 upper floors, each thoughtfully arranged to offer both functionality and a bright, tasteful atmosphere throughout.

On the 2nd upper floor, you will find a welcoming living room featuring 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a television. From the living room, you have direct access to a balcony. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen complete with a dining table, ideal for shared meals. This floor also includes a shower room fitted with a bidet and WC.

On the 3rd upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 2 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 double sofabed and equipped with air conditioning. The second room features 2 beds and is also equipped with air conditioning. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves this floor. The apartment offers a total of 2 bathrooms across both levels. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may however not be exceeded.
