My husband wanted to get away for the weekend before starting his chemotherapy the week after and wanted to do something different and this was just perfect. The room was lovely, nice crisp sheets and fluffy towels with robes too. There are tea making facilities tucked away in the wardrobe. Plus a fan if it’s warm.

"The Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas,especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. The staff were very helpful and the guest breakfast area very nice and friendly. If travelling again to a nearby area I would stay again if the prices remain competitive and standards maintained.
