"Overall 3.5/5 The room was clean and quite spacious, although the bed nook was a bit awkward to get in and out of. It is in a decent part of town (north end) with lots of cute cafe’s near by without the hype of ‘downtown’. The feel is very much like an Airbnb. Access to the property was easy. There is no staff per-se and check in is all digital. Easy to navigate and well communicated. There is, at the time of this review, no long term parking on the street. "Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."

"Property is in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants. Just a short walk to the waterfront. Parking was included, which is a great bonus and property owners are very responsive! This is a historic building, and has characters of the age of the building, most units are only accessible by stairs."
