"Everything was great."

"The room and kitchenette were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows The right consistency. The staff that I dealt was amazing. Nigel checked me in and assisted with the very minute issues that arose swiftly and with a smile and kind words. His work was top tier. Josh checked me out and he was also a very pleasant and well mannered person. Due to these to people my family has decided that any time we visit the area again. This will be our hotel of choice."

"There is no housekeeping daily. The TV did not work. Room keys quit working after the first day. The toilet ran for 20-30 minutes after a flush. Maintenance did come and it seemed to work after. Not a great place. NFL draft weekend so our options were limited."

"Small older hotel... Only the basics here... Room had fridge coffee maker microwave and TV... Mattress was very comfortable... Had my service dog with me and even though I should not be paying a pet fee for my service dog the person at the front desk insisted that I had to..."

"All was OK but it was a little older than I thought it was going to be. Minimal amenities but bed slept well and shower was hot. That's all I really needed."

"We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft. The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could. They made a great breakfast to start your day. Great place!!"

"Unfriendly check-in, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned - there were old sheets and food in the pull out couch. However, the space was large, breakfast was good, and the location near the highway was convenient."

"The staff was pretty good. The room was very outdated and the sinks did not drain very fast. My biggest issue was noise! We could hear everything. "

"There was an issue on expedias end I have contacted both the hotel and Expedia well in advance after arriving to Pittsburgh and having no place to stay. No one has helped me. My next step is to challenge it on my credit card."
