"Primeiramente cheguei para fazer o check in e o atendente pediu minha identidade. Expliquei que só tinha passaporte pois era estrangeira e ele querendo minha identidade, completamente absurdo. O quarto é razoavelmente bom, não possui secador de cabelo. A limpeza do hotel é mediana. Para dormir uma noite apenas é suportável. "

"Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options, several hot items. The person serving in the breakfast area was very helpful. Breakfast area was a little crowded, but we were able to secure a table both days. The hotel is located right by historic Biltmore Village and near Biltmore Estate entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in Asheville."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville—and the easy parking was a huge plus. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff stood out as incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, and we were especially happy with the suite layout. As a couple who snores, having separate sleeping spaces worked out perfectly for us—we both slept great without disturbing each other. The...

"Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was clean, breakfast was a good value and well done. Only downside is area seems to be going through a lot of renovations and many surrounding businesses are getting demolished but the hotel was great with plenty of parking."

"There was no breakfast buffet. We did not order breakfast from the bar. One elevator was out of order. Access to an electrical outlet for my computer was difficult. I had to crawl on the floor and reach under a piece of furniture to access the outlet."

"Front desk staff were so kind during check in and check out. Loved I could leave keys and dishes and such as is when leaving. Elevators were a perk. Would book here again!! "
