Experience all the wonderful things of historic Fort Thomas (Rated both the Best & safest city in Kentucky), while being a short 10 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a work space with high speed internet, a full bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the beautiful & historic Ft Thomas reservoir.

This home is wonderful for anyone of work assignment, or visiting the area!
The space
The space is a 1890 cottage around 740 sqft. The top floor has a living room with TV and a small work space(high speed internet). The other side of the top floor is the kitchen and dining area. There are full sized stainless steel appliances. Down stairs is the only bedroom (Queen sized bed),the full bathroom, a vanity station and the washer/dryer. The walkout to the deck is on this floor.

There is so much to do in this area! Midway district is just mere steps away from the Airbnb! There are a few bars, restaurants, stores, and places to hangout and play games right at the end of the street! This area is also a "DORA" zone, meaning you can open carry alcoholic drinks from one store to the next. Its a great time!

Also within walking distance is Tower Park, which is one of the best parks in the country and a hidden gem of Kentucky. This park had very nice basketball courts, a full sand volleyball court, cornhole boards, 3 different playgrounds, a baseball field, many miles of bike and hiking trails, and often times hosts concerts for local or out of town performers!

The closest grocery stores are only 8 minutes away with a scenic drive of Ft.Thomas! You’ll find Kroger, Target, Fresh Thyme, and Aldi. This Airbnbs close proximity to the highways system makes everything a close drive! The location is really ideal!
Guest access
The parking on the street is public parking. There is typically space right in front of the house, but later in the day the parking may fill up and you may need to park down the street. The street is a dead end street, so the traffic while parking is not bad.
Other things to note
This is an older home and comes with some quirks. The floors have a lean to them and the stairwell is rather steep. The bedroom is located down stairs, where the walkout to the backyard is.
