"Stayed for 3 nights. The good: Parking lot was clean and well lit and there were poop bags and receptacles to clean up after our pet. The rates were extremely cheap. The bad: just about everything else! I asked for afirst floor room and I was told there were none available. There are two buildings and I was in the second building. Each side of the building had 26 rooms, 52 rooms total. Only 17 cars in the entire parking lot the first night and it wasn't much different the next two nights. The...

Which was clean and inviting. But once the curtain is pulled, the reality of the place was visible. Maybe if they could split off the long term people from the...

"This place was overbooked and even though I had a confirmation number, I was told very rudely they had no rooms and I needed to get a refund from “whoever”. Very unprofessional and rude, also while there, I notice a lot of debris in the parking lot, people working on their cars, people just hanging out, trash cans overflowing, the smell inside was awful. The entire property felt unsafe, like if they hadn’t overbooked and I could’ve got the room I reserved, that it would be the type of place that...
