Located just off of MLK Jr. Boulevard in beautiful Covington, KY, you will be in the perfect spot for easy and quick access to everything that Covington has to offer, and minutes away from downtown Cincinnati! With so many options right at your fingertips, plus a sweet space to just relax if you choose to not go out, we know you will love your time at this beautiful Lee Street Retreat!

The Space:
Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking, as well as a full bathroom supplied with soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. You will find a pullout couch in the living room, allowing this apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests! There is also a washer and dryer on the premisses for your use.

Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Located just off Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. The popular Mainstrasse with shops, bars, and more is only a few blocks away. The Historic Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum is right around the corner!

Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.
We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
