"From the first contact with the host we felt at ease and welcome. There are so many positives to speak about—quiet and pretty neighborhood, beautiful backyard with plenty of room to play and area to sit, the elegance of every room, the absolute cleanliness everywhere, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture. "The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running."

"The property is old but well maintained, with updated amenities. It is kept very clean, both the house and the yard. There was an issue with the HVAC control at check in, but the host came right over and fixed the issue. The only real problem was prior to check in there were automated emails sent to us with links to the entrance code, etc. The links did not work. VRBO customer service blamed it on the host using a third party billing service, but when the links were clicked, it opened a screen...

"Hotel bom. Quarto amplo e confortável. Muito próximo dos dois estádios (baseball e football). Próximo do Riverside. Tinha bastante obra de infraestrutura na redondeza. Localização boa para conhecer de carro as atrações ao redor de Cincinnati. "
