"We choose this hotel as a stayover after a long day at Kings Island. The facilities and room were excellent, as was the provided free hot breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and relatively quiet on the night that we stayed (a Saturday). The area seemed safe and quiet. The only downside to our stay was that it was a little out of the way from Kings Island, but not too bad. "

The staff was preparing for the morning guests. When I asked where the coffee bar was, they could have directed me to the location, which would have been fine. "Hotel staff was friendly. Coffee maker in room did not work. Informed desk clerk but he could not fix it. He did bring cups of coffee in the evening. Ask for printed copy of bill which had right name on it but not correct addreess. "
