The Space:

Step inside and experience the best of both worlds — original brickwork and wood details paired with modern touches throughout. With 4 bedrooms housing a total of 7 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, we ensure ample space for all guests. Bridal parties and large groups will appreciate the oversized dressing spaces, lighted mirrors, and vanities, making this the perfect place to prepare for your big day. Afterward, gather on the private patio overlooking the Cincinnati skyline or relax indoors with fast WiFi and smart TVs. A spiral staircase leads down to a well-equipped kitchen on the lower floor, setting the stage for your culinary adventures.
NOTE: While the spiral staircase to the kitchen is charming, it is also narrow and steep. Guests also have the convenience of a second, easier-to-use exterior staircase located at the front of the house.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by electronic door code. Access is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight without express permission. Access to the kitchen and outside patio is either by way of the spiral staircase in the living room or through the exterior basement door.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
Up to 3 well-behaved dogs (no cats) are welcome, for an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please clean up after your pet's waste from the ground. Pets must not be left alone in home. Any damage caused by pets will be billed back to guests.

Whether you’re headed to a nearby wedding venue, catching a show at Playhouse in the Park, or exploring the Cincinnati Art Museum, everything is right at your fingertips. This home has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a touch of historic elegance for every type of stay.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of options for guests to get around. Guests are of course welcome to use their personal vehicle. But public transportation and ride-share options are often readily available, as well as rentable scooters and bicycles in the city. And for guests who are able, walking is a great option for getting around as well.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement and valid Photo ID is required prior to receiving check-in instructions.
NO PARTIES: We have a very strict no-party policy. Any parties or large unapproved gatherings will lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
NO SMOKING: The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products is strictly prohibited both inside the home and on the patio.
FAMILY CONSIDERATIONS: While we welcome families, we note that the home’s historic features may not be suitable for younger children. Parents are urged to consider the property’s historic nature for safety reasons.
SAFETY: As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking to and from destinations throughout the city.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
