Central to our excursion
What a fun and great place for our one night adventure for two couples from central OH. With quick access to both the Findlay Market area and UC for a concert at Bogart’s. We would come back to spend more time checking the immediate neighborhood and further reaches of Cincy and relaxing on the decks for views of the city and KY.

This was a great property. The decks were wonderful with a fantastic view of Cincinnati. Very easy process. Wish we had more than one night to stay.

Celebration
We gathered together for a weekend to celebrate my husband’s 60th with our children. We loved the location, the views, and having such accessible parking was definitely an added bonus. The home itself is clean,quaint, and spacious enough for the six of us. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great place!
We loved it! Everything was comfortable for me, my sister, my daughter and son in law. The view was fantastic and we especially enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. There was a beautiful mourning dove who visited us every day. Easy access for Uber to pick us up. Thank you so much for a lovely place to vacation.

OTR Location Perfect
I was in town for a few months for work, and stayed in the studio lower apt. Everything was perfect. I actually had the pleasure of staying in the upper house rental too, as I had to extend my stay and the studio was booked for the extra days. The top floor is lovely with extraordinary views. What a gem!

Gorgeous views of downtown!
Wonderfully redone historic building with great views and cozy loft. Two wonderful raised decks for amazing views of downtown Cincinnati. Wonderful host who communicated excellently. We will definitely stay again.

Very clean. Not enough lighting. Had to get a lamp upstairs for the bedroom down. Had to bring the metal cart from the kitchen into the bedroom for an extra dresser.

Quick Trip
Our stay was perfect for our quick trip to the city. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted and was just far enough to be quiet. The view of the city was beautiful and the space was so clean and cute!

this place is extremely cute and cozy. the view of the city is amazing. the access to the 2 balcony/patios was definitely the best part. great stay for 4 people but can accommodate more. I love that it had designated parking instead of having to park on the street. host was easy to contact and responded quickly. would love to stay here again my next trip to Cincinnati. surrounding area is a little rough but this street is very quiet and nice. it’s a very convenient location and it was very close to mostly everything we went and did. maybe a 6-10 minute drive. my only complaint is that it got a little warm in the bedrooms at night. but other than it was perfect.

Best view in the city! Classy, elegant spot, and well appointed!
This is a stunning property and so luxurious, classy, spacious and lovely. We walked to Vine Street for food and drink. The view is SPECTACULAR.

Cozy house, incredible views of the city
This ended up being one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at. The house was very clean, and it provided all of the amenities we could have wanted. Off-street parking was a godsend, even if the neighbors occasionally helped themselves to one of the four spots. It checked all five of our "most important qualities" boxes: 1. All three beds were very comfortable. 2. Good water pressure in the shower. 3. Fully stocked coffee bar. 4. Separate living areas for the kids and adults. 5. Air conditioning in the summer heat. The views of the city were just awesome. We sat outside every evening and enjoyed them, regardless of the weather. I am a country person, through and through, but that city view was really enjoyable. That being said... the neighborhood is not very "walkable." We went north to a nearby park, and the uphill climb was more than expected. The park was blah. Then we went south, and the neighborhood gets sketchier one street south. But that's way more than offset by the great house itself.

Unexpected Lovely View
My mom, sister, and I had a lovely time here at this gem in an unexpected place. Even with only one bathroom, this home worked out beautifully. It was clean and fresh inside with very comfortable beds and furnishings. We use the decks every day. I really appreciated the easy checkout… the host required us to do nothing but leave on time. He was very thorough in communication as well. I have already recommended this home to some friends and family.

Amazing view, adorable neighborhood!
House is exactly as described. It’s trendy, clean safe & amazing views. It was great for our needs but not for families of all ages. Steep stairs to bedroom upstairs and only one bath on main floor may be challenging for some. Also need to go down several stairs to access grass. Our dog is old and doesn’t do well with stairs so we had to carry her, no big deal bc she’s small. We had Easter breakfast with our boys and could have benefitted from any type of platters or a couple serving dishes and cutting boards. Again, made ends meet with what we had. If you are planning on cooking meals may want to reach out and find out exactly what’s on hand. Lots of coffee provided. Nice beds and linens. Would have liked a tv in living room so we could all watch a movie together, again, no big deal but if tv is important to you, you may be upset. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Would stay again!

Cozy place
We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to family who live in Cincinnati. It definitely has a lot of charm and character. It's an old house on an old street, so that means everything is narrow. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were very steep and narrow. There's a lot of stairs down to the yard, which was a little difficult for my large breed senior dog. But it was a small inconvenience for being able to bring my dogs with me. The views from the decks were beautiful. It was great to enjoy coffee and breakfast out on the deck. The house is very clean. Plenty of clean linens and towels provided. The coffee pot was a life saver! The street was very quaint and cozy. I enjoyed walking the dogs on the street. Great stay for our family.

Bungalow with a view
We loved all of the light in this updated bungalow. Unfortunately, the weather limited our use of the two balconies, but we were out there every moment the sun was shining in the wind was still. The beds were super comfortable, the towels soft, the shower hot and the kitchen filled with all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of parking, toilet paper and toiletries.

Family Vacation
Our stay at this property was wonderful. Our kids are 16, 20 and 21 and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the house. Beautiful views and quiet street. High quality beds and linens. Extra amenities are provided. Only complaint was parking and not due to lack of space but the neighbors have seemed to deem the parking pad as theirs. We were always able to get a spot but any visitors had to find street parking.

Great property overall! LOVED the view! Could use some minor repairs. I twisted my ankle on a broken floor board in the main bedroom. We also would have liked a tv in the living space. Didn't like having to sit on the bed to watch tv. Really loved the property otherwise.

Slightly Misleading
Property is nice HOWEVER several floorboards are damaged to the point that stepping in them pinches your foot. Also, 3 car driveway is advertised but there was really only room for 1 car as neighbors use the other parking spots.

Immaculate property
Description is 100% accurate. You will likely drive through some neighborhoods that are less than desirable but the property itself is on a beautiful safe street and it could not be cleaner or more perfect. Gorgeous views of the city, easy parking and stocked with everything you need. Sitting out on the deck overlooking the city was our favorite part. We came to town to do some college visits and if my daughter ends up going to school nearby I will definitely be back.

Very clean, urban apartment
We were pleased with our stay and especially appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. The space worked out well for our family of six. The only negative for us was that the upstairs bedroom got very warm. We were there in mid-July when the temperature/humidity outside was very hot. Fans maybe would have helped circulate the air. Other things to note: *This is very urban. The city looks beautiful from the two decks. I have to admit, though, we were very concerned driving to the apartment the first day because Google maps took us through an area that did not seem safe. The street the apartment is on is much better. *As stated in other reviews, the stairs to the upstairs room are VERY steep. Our two daughters both slipped and fell (thankfully just a couple bruises). They are 21 and 14 so I would be very cautious with younger children. All in all,, we enjoyed our stay.. If you're looking for an urban experience with a clean space, you will be pleased.

Great location!
My family and I rented this house from Ben for 2 nights while we visited the zoo. Couldn’t of been happier with the location we were less than 10 minutes from the zoo and had a ton of food options. The house was spotless had all the amenities we needed. Parking was a breeze and had plenty of space. The views from the balconies were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

BEST VIEWS
Our stay with Ben was perfect! This property is top notch! From the fresh, crisp linens to the views of downtown. Ben goes above and beyond to make you feel at home in his beautiful home. Plenty of towels and toiletries, kitchen essentials and seating, and the beds were so incredibly comfortable, we actually got a good night's sleep! The big yard was great for the doggie and playing games. The balconies allow you outdoor living at its finest! We will definitely stay at Ben's again!

Great place to stay!
Ben was great! Very helpful and quick response in helping us get booked due to our own issues trying to get dates locked in. The duplex is a great value. Only 2 bedrooms but 3 beds allowed our family of 5 fit easily. Balconies are great! Stairs to upper bedroom are really steep so we had to be extra careful with 3 year old. Yard was great especially as we had a small dog with us. We will stay here again if we ever get the chance!

Just what we needed
Exactly the right size space for a family of six. Located in a place everything was a reasonable drive away. Not used to the steep stairs, but no worries. Would come here again and believe we will in the next couple of months.

Time with daughter to get a feel for the the city and the university. Will be back for a formal college visit and this home is perfect: location and comfort. We will be in touch when planning the return trip.

Wonderful Getaway
We had a really great weekend at this property! There are a ton of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. The beds were really comfy, and the linens all felt luxurious. We loved all the plants and decor. The kitchen was well stocked. There was only one parking spot available, so one of us had to park on the street. It wasn't a huge deal, but not expected since the listing suggests there is more parking. Also, there was no coffee. I would have brought coffee if the listing didn't say there would be coffee there. Minor inconvenience. Also, the yard wasn't too easily assessible due to ice on the stairs, but probably unique situation since we've had some snow storms and super cold weather in the midwest lately. Overall, a great stay.
