Just 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati and walking distance to local bars, restaurants and entertainment. Minutes to Cincinnati sports stadiums (Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati) and local concert venues (e.g. Riverbend Music Center, MegaCorp Pavillion, Andrew J. Brady Music Center).

Great Stay

My family and I stayed here for a week. There was a slight glitch with check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The host was very responsive. The home was very clean, handy for what we wanted to do. Loved that the host provided soap, towels, bed linens, laundry pods, etc. Every necessity was furnished. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home! It was home away from home for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do and safe enough neighborhood to take walks. Close to some great food and shops in Bellevue. If we ever plan on going to Cincinnati or Newport again we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location (Dayton is a charming town; easy drive to downtown Cincinnati, the Creation Museum, & Ark Encounter; several good nearby river-front restaurants.)Comfortable mattresses.A fun Welcome Basket with snacks.Helpful labels on lighting, shower access, WiFi password, etc. There is a nearby train whose whistle is loud, but we didnā€™t mind because of all the positives about the place.

A great rental in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was pleasant and well-appointed with comfortable beds. The location is just a short drive from Cincinnati and close enough to Kentucky's bourbon country to take a day trip. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay, great deal.

Very cool property with plenty of space for my party of 4, and could have had several more. Clean space, easy check-in, great communication. This was the best value Iā€™ve ever had for renting a property. Very fair price, no excessive cleaning fees or chore list before checkout. Great house to stay in. My kids loved staying here and the views where very beautiful from the balconies. We dont wear shoes indoors so the floors could use a bit more cleaning but overall a very nice and tidy and comfortable place to stay.

Family Christmas

We booked this house to have a larger space for family to celebrate the holidays together. We wanted just a cozier feeling than a hotel and we definitely got it. We felt at home but also felt the luxurious details the host has. White noise machines in the bedrooms, soft linen bedding and generously provided coffee and snacks upon our arrival. We had a hitch in the lock day one, but we heard from the host within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, despite the daily trains going through. But it is minutes from everything in the greater Cincinnati area. We felt at home and well taken care of. We will definitely stay again!Cincinnati.

Football Weekend

We were very happy with the VRBO. Its in a lovely little town with close proximity to restaurants, bars and little shops. A short ride across the bridge to all 3 sports venues. Bradley was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend getaway

The house was super clean and comfortable! The parking pad was a bit tricky to find when we arrived but once we found it we were great. There was also street parking (those front steps are a trek!) but we used the back door. Up and coming area and felt very safe and the deck was great! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Annual girlsā€™ trip success!

Five girl pals, from Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana, met centrally in the Cincinnati area to well, be girls! Although weā€™re in our 50s we are very active! We attended a concert, shopped, ate out and walked the quaint downtown area of Dayton KY and the levy protecting the older neighborhood from the mighty Ohio River. House was beautifully decorated, clean and full of everything we needed to just chill out. Definitely not a place for someone with disabilities as there are stairs everywhere. If we decide to converge on Cincy as a group again or if anyone else is considering it, Iā€™d gladly use this house as my home base.

Very clean and roomy

The property is easy to find and it's an easy drive to the highway from the house. It was very clean and there is a lot of room to spread out of you have multiple people with you. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did hear the train a few times, but usually slept through it. If you're a light sleeper you'll want to stay in the master bedroom instead of the ones near the back of the house. Overall it was a great stay and we're likely to book again.

Rock the River

Home was very nice. Lots of stairs but all and all everything is on a hill in Dayton KY. Loved the place. Parking behind the home is tight for a big truck but we parked on the street most nights and used the step. Just fyi the smoke detector in the main bedroom battery went dead and started beeping so I removed it. Also the lock on the door started beeping all night. Got up a couple times and unlocked and relocated it and it stopped. Thank you

Nice home!

The interior was as shown online. Great amenities. We were able to get from the property to Cincinnati quite easily. Great local restaurants too. The only down side was I thought Iā€™d have a better view of the water, but even with just a ā€œpeekabooā€ view the outdoor space was nice. Parking was tight but at least it was dedicated parking. Overall a wonderful property.

Beautiful home!

My husband and I visited the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Answers Academy for training. Although the property isnā€™t necessarily close to any of these places, the home provided us with ample room, a quiet neighborhood, and a comfortable place to stay. The host was exceptional in communication both before and during our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting this area.

Great stay!

The house has plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a breezy deck. There is a train, but honestly it did not wake us, and my 5 year old loved when it came by! Brad was responsive and left perks like snacks and K-cups for coffee. We would stay again! Also, a great location!

Son's Birthday Trip

My son has Autism and loves fish. So we took a trip to Newport and hates being in the car for long. So I booked this house. The whole family love it. We had some trouble with the code one day but we just contacted the host and he got it fixed really fast. We are talking about coming back soon.

Good Experience

Overall a pretty good stay. There were some minor problems while we were there, but were mostly handled. Brad's response time and attentiveness to issues/concerns were top notch. The property is in a bit of a run down area of N. Kentucky, but the towns of Dayton and Bellevue are just like that I bet based on the histroy of how those towns developed. The A/C had a tough time keeping up, but it was also a pretty agressive heat wave for while we were there. Upon our return one day, it was exceptionally warm in the house. We had left the thermostat at 68, but when we arrived it was 78 at the home. We used a gradual 1 degree cool down over the next several hours just to get it in the low 70's that evening. We had to crank it up quite a bit of night because the top floor bedrooms were very hot, especailly the master. I would recommend having some box fans available during summer time. The water pressue in the showers is quite low, but still gets the job done and if you have more than a few peope, plan on breaking up showers as the hot water will run out. Still a well kept property, great host and overall good stay. Would give 8/10.

The house was super nice and very clean! The host had snacks and coffee set out for us, as well as bottled water in the fridge! Wasnā€™t sure about the neighborhood at first, but it was very quiet and nice!! There are walkable local restaurants. All in all very nice, would definitely stay there again !!
