"Didn't get to even stay here. The hotel said my reservation was booked and canceled the same day but expedia still showed I was still booked. Staff was really nice though. Not sure if expedia messed up or what."

"We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night."

"The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the toilet and floor. Roaches in the room. And when I went to open the door tonkeave one was crawling in. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked. When I let front desk know her response was " I can believe it housekeeping walked out" Now I'm wondering was the the "bedding even clean?". I do feel like I deserve a refund of some sort. NO I do not want a free room or points towards a room. I promise I want stay at another Comfort Inn."
