"Chegamos com uma expectativa e quando vimos nos decepcionamos. A recepcionista só nos deu as chaves e desapareceu. O tampo do vaso de nosso banheiro estava rachada, provocando ferimentos em minha mulher. Não podemos reclamar pois simplesmente ninguém nos atendeu. O Wi-Fi não foi possível ser acessado pelo mesmo motivo acima descrito. O local também não é dos melhores. Foi infelizment, de longe o pior hotel que já fomos."

"The three houses were plenty big enough, so many room options for multiple people. The place was mostly very clean and surrounded by lemon trees. The pools were really great and one of them is HUGE. Having the bicycles was a brilliant add on as you needed one to pop to the local supermarket. "We had a wonderful experience at the Palermo apartment. It was close to one of the main arteries of Palermo with many attractions and eateries nearby, but was surprisingly quiet. "This apartment is far and away the best vacation rental we've stayed at. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot.The terrace and balcony is simply spectacular.The apartment is as if it were your own home... but without the clutter! "From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!"
