"I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews. Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security.

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! Changed us to a double queen room when I realized I’d booked a king for me and 2 kids.
Then called us right after we left to let me know that we left a toiletry bag. Pool was super fun for kids and loved that they provided towels. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but also appreciated the effort to reduce single use items."
