"No one in reception could explain how to get from airport to hotel;
Bad food and always the same;

"This was the most spacious hotel room on my 3 weeks trip. The room impresses you from the first glance. It’s a true cave hotel and the room takes two levels in the cave. This may be a problem for people with mobility restrictions as the bathroom is located on the lower level. Also, the breakfast facility is nice but it’s in a different hotel about a quarter mile away. It was not a problem for me but keep this in mind. The reception is on the upper level of the hotel. It’s logical if you came...
"Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc....

The room was comfortable spotless, perfectly heated for the season, and benefited from a spacious terrace.
A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks.
Wifi worked perfectly and the hotel is perfectly...

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful views from the terrace. Engin and his wife were amazing hosts, super friendly, and very helpful during our stay. The birthday setup with the balloons, flowers, and cake were absolutely perfect as well. Can't wait to come back again. "

"Suleyman, the owner, is Suleyman the Magnificient! He is a warm genuine person who puts guests at ease and provides unbelievable service. The stay at Upper Greek House was superb and the dinners at his other property just down the hill were delicious. The town is cute-- much better that Goreme. It is also centrally located to all the site. It is no wonder Rick Steve's has this in his book."

"O hotel é muito lindo, com uma vista incrível para o Vale e um terraço para ver os balões . Restaurante gostoso, café da manhã variado . Um destaque especial para o jardim muito florido e bem cuidado. A equipe que nos recebeu foi muito atenciosa e ajudou a reservar todos os passeios e Tranfers. Apesar do quarto ter um pouco de cheiro de umidade, isso não nos atrapalhou. Amamos! "
