Casas de Férias em Cidade do México,

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend staying here."

"La habitación era tal cual fue plasmada en las fotografías, muy limpia y espaciosa. La atención en línea para ingresar o solicitar apoyo fue eficaz, amable y oportuna. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar lugares cerca de la Alameda y el Centro Histórico, y la zona es bastante segura. El único problema fue que el fregadero de la cocina desprendía un olor desagradable a desagüe (probablemente falta cambiar la trampilla interna), no a todas horas, pero si suficiente para ser molesto. "Space was beautiful, especially common areas. Access to kitchen and laundry. Very central to everything in Coyoacan and safe area. Check in could be more clear as you need an access code to get into property and we did not receive one before arriving. I'd go again!"

"Great"

"i had an insane 8 or 9 days with their AI "nomi". they put a 100 charge that made no sense on the day i was leaving. the AI is amazing at saying one thing and then saying exactly the opposite. at no point could they ever tell me what the charge was for and despite saying this was a high priority, i couldn't talk to a human or get an answer."

"Room was clean and the hospitality was incredible. You couldn’t expect otherwise in Mexico!"

"The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. No hot tub, no iron, no hair dryer and no oven. The host needs to work on this place if she wants it to rentable. Luckily Vrbo compensated us for...

"Great apartment for the value. Close walking distance to many places and public transportation. Very clean and comfortable. Elevator access to second floor. Host was excellent to deal with and responded to questions quickly. Would definately stay here again!"
