"I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it. The overall condition of the property was far below what was advertised. It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. There was visible dust buildup throughout the property, including vents and surfaces, which made the environment feel dirty and neglected. There were also serious maintenance and safety concerns. "Beautiful apartment, clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and toiletries. There are little markets along the street and a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. We had a car during our stay so we were able to get to Belize city in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was great.The information fold was also good. Would have been nice to have the info before so that we could plan better, considering will were in Bz city 4 hours prior to check in. I would say the shower head needs to be cleaned. But overall two thumbs up. Thank you"

"It was very clean, and very close to groceries and a corner store. It was also close to the fun waterside restaurant Smokeez. The only things I would recommend would be more hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen, and possibly a supply of toilet paper. "
