Der Empfang durch Julia und ihre Mitarbeiterinnen war dann auch entsprechend herzlich und zuvorkommend. "It was such a heart warning stay. Loved the host and family’s reception and kindness. The location is perfect, away from the noisy part of the town and yet, on the most beautiful back street, with creek and stone bridge right in the front. Will certainly come back next time in Lijiang."

The location of the hotel cannot be better especially for people with luggage’s as it’s right at the edge of the ancient town so we don’t need to drag our luggage on narrow cobblestone roads in town. "Incredible place to stay! Only a short walk from the core of old town this beautiful property is owned by an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman Dom! I was lucky enough to spend some time and get to know him a bit. He helped me with booking travel and different activities within the city as well! Very clean room, the staff was very attentive to cleaning and ensuring my stay was great, location in my opinion was perfect. A short walk to everything you need and it was incredibly comfortable"

"We could not expect anything better while staying at Ripplewood in Lijang, Yunnam, China. We were treated like part of their family. Every morning we had free breakfast and every time we were gaven Flower Cake, a famous local dissert cake made of flower paddles, after coming back from a tour in ancient cities.
