Enjoy the drive into this quiet family neighborhood on the border of the Northcliffe Golf Course. Your new favorite place to relax might be the back deck or lower patio complete with loungers by the pool!

The home features 3,319 square feet of living space and hardwood flooring. There's room for everyone in the living area, so turn on the flat-screen Smart TV and pick a new show to enjoy.

Around the corner you'll find the breakfast nook and entrance to the fully equipped kitchen. The granite countertops complement the white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances.

Up the stairs you'll find a full-size billiards pool table for more on-site entertainment. When night falls, retire in one of the 5 bedrooms - each outfitted with its own flat-screen Smart TV.

- Pet friendly with $50 fee per pet, per stay (maximum of 2, dogs only, must be potty-trained, can be 20lbs and under)

★ LOCATION★

The golf course is currently closed due to it being sold. Guests still have the view of the golf course but would be unable to play golf. The nearest course is less that 10 miles from the home.

The pool is heated, but additional instructions/notes will be provided. An additional fee of $300 will be required if you would like to include pool heat during winter seasons. Payment will be process at check-in.

The pool depth is 3’ to 6’ at the deep end.

★ RENTER’S AGREEMENT★ The Guest is required to sign the Renter's Agreement.

★ DRIVER'S LICENSE/IDS ★: This property requires copies of Driver's Licenses (IDs) for all members of the rental party aged 18 and older who will be occupying the property. Guests will receive a link to the secure portal to upload their IDs and complete the reservation requirements.

★ GUEST PRE-CHECK-IN ★ Guest will receive a “Guest Pre-Check-in" message via the booking platform or an email to add booking details, IDs, and signed the rental agreement to finalize the booking. It is important to complete this before your stay starts to prevent delays in accessing the property.

★SECURITY DEPOSIT★ A Security deposit of $300 is required. The host will process the deposit on the Guest's credit card. The Security Deposit will be a temporary hold against the Guest's credit card, which will be processed three days before check-in and released within seven days after check-out. (Please note the security deposit is not applicable Airbnb bookings due to Aircover coverage).

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ ADDITIONAL NOTES★
***Minimum age of primary renter is 21 years old.

****Pool heating available upon request. There is $300 fee to heat pool (the fee is charged per stay, only when requested, and during the winter season).

****BBQ gas grill is provided with cleaning supplies - Clean after use to avoid the $150 cleaning fee.

****No smoking/No parties or events

****Pets considered and must be approved in advance by Host. There is a $50 pet fee (the fee is per pet, per stay - 2 pet maximum) and pets must be house trained. Bringing additional undisclosed pets will result in a $250 fee.
