"We fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We only got a couple of the staff’s names but one was Wairy in the office and she answered all of our questions and helped us rebook the same apartment for March. The young fella who checked us in was helpful and so nice. He was always smiling. We had difficulty with the safe and the tv. He came back to our room immediately to try to remedy the...

"Hotel em clara decadência, falta muita manutenção, desde extintores de incêndio vencidos e madeiras da sua sacada/varanda podres a ponto de cair. Tive problema com o chuveiro do quarto, onde no primeiro dia tive que me deslocar a outro quarto para tomar banho com a família, com a promessa que iriam concertar o chuveiro e caso contrário iriam nos mudar de quarto. No segundo dia, ficamos a deriva sem qualquer tipo de suporte no mesmo quarto com o chuveiro quebrado. Torneira do banheiro saindo água o dia todo, impossível de fechar. Lamentável que um hotel com problemas tão notáveis de segurança ainda esteja aberto e disponível para locação. "
