Hacienda Cumbre Bella (Beautiful Peak Villa), the perfect tropical escapade, a spectacular view from a beautiful home in the picturesque coffee town of Ciales. This spacious home (6Ksq ft) is an experience that combines nature, comfort, art and history. It rests on a 500+ft karts (limestone) cliff which gives you a breath-taking view of a river flowing in a horse-shoe shape, the impressive Cordillera Central mountains, and astonishing sunsets.
The space
This spacious home displays artwork and historic family farm heirlooms in an open design that encourages mingling. It is surrounded by an acre of creative landscaping and trees. The house features three large bedrooms (up to 6 persons), 3 full modern bathrooms, an office with a desk and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 persons), a board-game room, a terrace, a wrap around balcony, a new kitchen, formal dinning room and laundry room.
The bedrooms and the office are air-conditioned, and all areas in the house have ceiling fans. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house and even on the Backyard area, and a 65-inch smart TV in the living room. The Backyard area features a Webber BBQ, a table, a living room, a fire pit, a hammock, outdoor games, and a telescope. The Mirador (outlook) hangs over the cliff, and it is ideal for photos. The house has a 2-TESLA battery backup system (sustained by 21 solar panels) that energizes the whole house and heat the water in case of a power outage, and 10,000-gallon water cistern.
Guest access
This ideal vacation retreat is accessible to the highway and nearby wonderful attractions. Guests will be able to access the whole house and acre of surrounding perimeter within the property fence. There is ample space to park vehicles within the perimeter, but the garage is used by the owner to store the maintenance tools of the property.
