"The area was ok. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, but we just needed to sleep and booked here. Parking was great, basically right at each door. No breakfast, but close to some restaurants. "

"I would not stay again. The windows leaked when it rained. We called and spoke to the manager and he asked “What do you want me to do” Wow! There 5 days, never cleaned our room. We asked for clean washcloths, they said they had no clean washcloths in the whole hotel. Some of the staff did not show good customer service. Can not believe this is a Hilton hotel. Hilton needs to pay them a visit and get things in order."

"Breakfast was great and the very kind woman, Janet, was wonderful. I would stay here again just based upon my breakfast experience alone. As far as the room goes, the bed was comfortable. However the door on room 322 seemed to act like it was jammed and then not want to open. The a/c was a little janky too. The lobby area in the entrance was clean but it smelled moldy"

"They cancelled my reservation and didn’t even tell me. I traveled across the country to find out at 11pm my room was cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous!!"

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...

"This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. The breakfast and social hours were awesome meeting new friends and just having pleasant conversations with people we didn’t even know. Thank you for that opportunity.
