"O atendimento é muito solícito. Os funcionários são muito gentis. Meu quarto tinha um odor desagradável vindo do carpete e solicitei a troca do quarto que foi concedida, mas o quarto continuou com o cheiro! Acabei desistindo de solicitar outra troca. Cheiro de carpete é horrível para alérgicos como meu marido. Outra coisa que achei estranha foi não pedirem nossos passaportes no momento do check in. Não sei se foi porque chegamos tarde, mas achei muito inseguro por parte do hotel…"

"This hotel is excellent. They have thought of everything, from earplugs by the bed to a digital Robert’s radio playing classic fm when you arrive. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great bar and restaurant and wonderful staff. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and this is up there and way better than a lot of far more expensive places I’ve stayed. If I’m ever in the area this will be where I stay."

"We stayed here as a stop over as we were visiting locally. The hotel staff were fabulous. Professional, helpful and informative. The inside space was comfortable, clean and felt spacious. There were places to sit away from our room and we made use of the bar. The bedroom was clean and the bottles of water along with the tea and coffee were welcomed. "Top quality food. Steak & Ale pie to die for and excellent fish & chips. Great breakfast with quality produce. Brilliant selection of ales. Old fashioned English Inn with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Tidy room with a modern en-suite shower room. Bed not to our liking but that's very much a personal choice. In a very quiet location with no shops nearby but would recommend for an overnight stay."
