"Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Bathroom not great. "

Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location...

"Best location step away from beach and walking distance to restaurants parks white town. "

"Great staff and a welcoming place in the chaos of"

"Clean hotel. Staff helpful. However no parking available. We went with a driver. No facilities were for the driver. Had to park the car far from hotel. All streets in Pondicherry is conjustted."

"A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "

"First good stay through Expedia, finally a neat and clean property! The staff was super nice, loved it!"

"O hotel é bem localizado, na região existem boas opções de restaurantes e fica próximo a praia. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. As instalações são limpas, quarto e banheiro também limpos. O quarto é comfortável, com amplo espaço, cama confortável e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem (fato que é muito importante). O que pode melhorar é o café da manhã que apesar de ser no estilo buffet apresenta poucas opções, e todos os dias são servidos as mesmas receitas."
