POOL,Spa, Movie Room, BBQ and Games! Family Vacation Home

This is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home with pool and jacuzzi. The master bedroom contains two full sized beds, a private bathroom, and a Roku TV. The other two rooms each contain a queen bed, and a brand new 40 inch Roku smart TV. The beds have been equipped with new Zinus mattress toppers for your comfort. There are also ceiling fans throughout the home and bedrooms, as well as central AC. There is also a large TV in the living room along with a large sectional, an Amazon fire stick, and DVD player. The house is approximately 1,100 square feet with a huge outdoor area that sleeps no more than 8 adults.

-There is a large outdoor area for lounging and entertainment, including a gas BBQ grill, outdoor TV, foosball game, large outdoor seating areas, two long tables with seating, Alexa device, pool and jacuzzi! A propane tank for the gas BBQ is provided, please refill it at your discretion.

POOL/SPA: Pool has solar heating on sunny days. Gas heating is also available for an additional fee of $100/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. Jacuzzi heats complimentary from 7pm-10pm; these times can be adjusted for your preference.

You will have access to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outside areas.

-No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

-No outdoor music besides the provided Amazon Alexa device. No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise after 10pm. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. Please respect our neighbors!

-Only guest on reservation permitted on property unless prior consent given by host. Occupancy price is for 8 adults. No more than 8 adults are allowed, with an additional fee of $25/day per person over 8 . This includes day time visitors and any visitors on the property.

-Solar pool heating is offered complimentary on sunny days. Gas pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $100/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity.


-Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Left over trash or glitter found in pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning.

-The area is central to many popular attractions whether you're heading to the beaches, downtown, or the border. It is also near the East Palomar Transit Center which goes from downtown San Diego, to the Otay Mesa Border. The home provides views of downtown San Diego, the mountains, the ocean, and Tijuana, Mexico due to being situated on the top of a slope.
