"This was a return stay and like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed. Check-in and out is seamless. View of the river has changed a little after the 2024 flood but you can actually see more of the river, a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing country setting, this place is for you."

"This magical cabin has everything you need and more for cooking, grilling and relaxing. They have hand selected beautiful decor carefully and it shows. Homemade bake goods and ice cream were delicious. The condiments firewood were so thoughtful. The owners have thought of everything and their love and knowledge of the property is unbelievable. I will be dreaming of this cabin until we come back. "

"This property is a wonderful, peaceful retreat perfect for a family get away. Fishing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon; meals on the large covered back porch—the perfect setting to have a relaxed and enjoyable time together with family and friends. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. This is a place we would definitely return to visit in the future."

"We had a great stay at the cottage. Quaint details, like the Craftsman style framing, made the house charming. The neighborhood is great - you can see downtown easily and can walk to the local coffee shop and the famous Tipton’s biscuits! The beds were comfortable, nice crisp sheets, and a full kitchen- you could stay a few nights or a week or a month and have all you need. "

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful mountain home over the Memorial Day weekend. This location is truly magical. A hidden gem. Far enough away that you get to get away from it all and dive into nature, but close enough to be able to seek out the culture of Asheville and surrounding areas. The communication from the owners was great and informative and the house was comfy and well-appointed. We wanted to stay longer."

"Four ladies taking a trip to Bristol to see the MLB Speedway Classic. This house was beyond perfect. Incredibly clean, everything was so comfortable, great showers, adorable decor. The hosts were so accommodating, responsive, and took care of any questions we had sometimes before we even asked them!
