"Bom"

"Some of the staff didn’t appear to understand English which made communication difficult. Chairs & wall were splattered with some liquid in the room. Someone threw up on Thursday in a hallway & it was still there Friday night."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, The rooms are dated, they feel like hospital rooms. Our room had view on the highway and it was very noisy, even at night. Breakfast was on the go with pre wrapped or long conservation items, so we skipped it. The exercise room was sad. Since we overpaid for graduation weekend (450 a night with taxes and fees), this may have been the worst quality/price hotel we have gone to."

"The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors."

"There were no amenities except a bottle of water when we checked in. There was no soap, etc in the bathroom and only 2 towels for 3 of us. The parking lot was in poor shape. There were holes in curtains which let light in and the bed spread were thread-bare. We paid a couple of hundred dollars but did not feel safe."

"First, we grossly overpaid because it was graduation weekend and I rented 3 rooms. All the carpet needs to be ripped out. The breakfast and coffee are terrible so don’t pay for that. Not all the toilets in the lobby are functional. Water pressure bad and the temperature isn’t set to allow the water to go very hot or they don’t have the hot water capacity.
