"The Motel was clean, fresh and bed was comfortable. Pool was closed due to maintenance (weather was cool and wet so it didn’t matter). Parking was plentiful. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this motel and I will stay there again. I usually went out for breakfast with family that lives there."

"The air conditioner didn’t work. They were completely sold out of rooms, so they couldn’t move us. The maintenance staff had left for the night, so our room was super hot all night."

"Nothing special as l and not worth the EXTRA $75 they charged me once I got there. No warning about that little gem of a gotcha charge. A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment!"

"I booked this hotel for a weekend stay with a friend coming into town, but I ended up checking out within an hour of checking in, and going to another hotel in town. The hotel is run down and need of a major renovation. It could be clean, but you can't tell due to the scuffs and stains everywhere, and the very dated furniture, bathrooms, and electronics. "Quarto amplo e confortável, cafeteira, frigobar e microondas. Apesar de ser um quarto para fumantes não apresentava muito cheiro de cigarro. Banheiro limpo. Estávamos de passagem por Springfield/MO e o hotel nos atendeu muito bem na relação custo benefício. Tem estacionamento super prático. Boa localização com alguns restaurantes perto como o Steak’N Shake. Bom atendimento, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. "
