Open plan kitchen dining with fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook a meal while you watch your favourite TV programme.
Relax on our patio with a good book or class of vino.

High pressure shower so after a busy day of sight seeing and shopping you can revive those weary bones.
A washing machine and dryer is tucked in corner .

BEDROOM
Queen size bed with hotel standard linen giving you that 5 star hotel experience.
Great wardrobe space to store your suitcase and clothing.

The apartment is private and is for your entire use.

I do not live on the premise but am available between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Please remove shoes on entry
Please remove rubbish to outside bins before departure.
Please wash all dishes.
Know guests or noise after 10 pm due to proximity of neighbours.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us.
Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE OUR CLEANING FEE INCLUDES ALL BED LINEN AS WELL.
