Parking is easy, with your own private carpark included on-site. For a smooth arrival, self-check-in is available via keypad entry, so you can settle in at your own pace.

On the lower level, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and dining. The open living area offers a comfortable sofa, TV, and air conditioning, keeping the space comfortable throughout your stay.

Both bedrooms come with a comfortable queen bed, perfect for couples or friends travelling together. Two full bathrooms are available on the second and third levels, giving guests easy access from each bedroom without the need to share.

Both bedrooms also include a spacious wardrobe, with hangers to make it easy to unpack and settle in.

For your convenience, a laundry machine is located on the ground floor, tucked away in a cupboard next to the kitchen in the main living space. A large washing line outside on the patio allows for effortless drying in the sun.

Entry is easy with keypad access — no keys needed. Your code will be sent before arrival.

Please note the townhouse is spread across 3 levels, living on the ground floor, one bedroom and bathroom on second level, master bedroom and ensuite on top floor. The stairs are fairly steep to reach the top.

Your own private carpark is included on-site, in the complex only a few steps from the property.

⚠️To help keep our properties safe and secure, guests must complete a quick ID verification through our trusted third-party verification software after booking. This process helps confirm booking details and protects both guests and property owners.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
