Our Airbnb is located in the 4 Avenues very close to the Central City.It is very quiet and secure and has a security gate for access .

Given Christchurch has very little traffic nothing takes very long to get to.
Beware of our many one way streets .Sometimes it can be hard to find a park in town during business hours ,but a 10 min stroll will have you in the city very easy walking.
Public Transport Our public bus interchange (or station) is on the corner of Lichfield and Colombo street.If you are paying by cash one fare within zone 1 (zone 2 is out to the country )will cost you $2.40 for a child and $4.20 for an adult.
You will have one free transfer that is valid for 2 hours after the purchase of your ticket,this gives you one free ride upon presenting the bus driver your ticket.
We also have Taxis and Uber and Ola these are cheaper than a taxi.
Electric scooters are a fun and cheap way to get around ,just be considerate of cars and cyclists plus pedestrians using footpaths.
Don’t forget our inner city Tram for a browse around the inner City.

There is no parking on the premises, guests will have to rely on public parking
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:

1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.

4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
