"Location was quiet and private. Hot Tub was clean, hot and ready to go. Kitchen was well stocked, bed comfy and the sun room was gorgeous. A couple of things would have improved the stay - a shovel or something to help manage the outside fire pit, a stacked washer/dryer and a couple of larger towels for the jacuzzi. The views of The Little River, the stars at night and the spring blooms were stunning. "

"Beautiful house on a very quiet, secluded road at the east end of Townsend. The closest cabin we have stayed in to Cades Cove. The host was incredibly fast in responding to every question I had, literally within a couple minutes regardless of the time of day.Check-in was complicated by being given the wrong access code for the door lock, but quickly resolved. Amenities were minimal, so guests need to be sure to bring all expendable supplies."

"Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and snacks; we ate dinners at two very good nearby restaurants. The entire unit was clean and comfy, with up-to-date facilities. The new (to us) bed in the second bedroom was nice. We do focus on location, and this place suits us just fine. Communication with the host was great. We plan on returning!"

"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"Very quaint cabin. The king size bed in the bedroom was too large for the room itself. Not much room to move around and dress in there. Also the dishwasher door isn’t able to open completely to load due to the refrigerator is in the way. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. We love the area."

"The house was very clean, had everything we needed, even had the roasting sticks for smores at the firepit:) A very quite, peacful, and relaxing place. Enjoyed it immensely! River was very nice with firepit and chairs. Going down to river can be a little steep for some. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, it was so nice! Loved sitting on the porch, watching the birds and enjoying the quite! So relaxing! "
