"spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left."

"Awesome service; I can't say anything, but it's excellent in everything, and the price is crazy low. I will return just because it's 15 out of 10 excellent all over, happy"

"The room, was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so good but they have multiple options to pick from"

"Great location. Very well kept and friendly staff. Nice views from the rooftop pool."

"Incrível, mais do que o esperado, dois quartos maravilhosos e uma sala com TV,tamanho de um apartamento grande, excelente para um casal,e mais dois adultos ou crianças"

"Great location staff. Dining and very comfortable"

"The hotel is excellent, the room size is perfect, the shower also included a hot tube and the breakfast offers a wide variety. "

"Hotel was great, nice big rooms and the gentleman who checked me in was so nice, thanks so much :)"

"The room was very clear, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I even lost my headphones and they kept it safe. Unfortunately the instructions were not very clear and I struggled a lot to find the entrance of the hotel as it is not in the ground floor of the building. Apart from that, very functional and well located."

"A good place for an overnight stay."

"AMAZING! don’t risk it with other hotels and stay here! their price is completely worth it, wonderful location, good breakfast, huge rooms, great views and the hotel is beautiful "

"Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. "

"The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working."
