We had a wonderful week in this resort. The staff is really friendly and helpful and makes the difference while you stay here. The rooms are updated, clean and very spacious. There are good options for food in 3 different locations inside the resort. There are great activities for kids, the main one being a great slide on the main swimming pool overlooking the beach and there is also a kids club with daily activities being most of them for free. Good shuttle service to nearby shops and taxis available in 5 minutes. Happy hour from 4 to 6pm is great while looking the sunset with some mojitos. Just a mention to some staff that made a difference for us was Ms. Nok (the cleaning team manager) a very sweet lady who (together with her team) was extremely nice to our kids and done a great job at leaving our room spotless and reorganised every day throughout our stay, thank you!!! A huge thank you to Karen ( waiter at Locavore) for being such a great person, very helpful and always worried if everything was ok with us and our kids, you made a big difference and an asset for Outrigger. Another big thank you goes to Mr. Ak and the barman working with him at Edgewater bar (sorry forgot his name but he knows who we are) their service was outstanding, solo friendly with us and the kids and always with a great smile, thank you guys you also made a difference but we would like to thank very member of staff in this resort, they were outstanding!!! Highly recommended... 😊
