Ganhamos um late check out de 2 horas da Expedia por ser um cliente VIP, saímos do hotel as 10:00 para passear, o check out normal era as 11:00 assim programamos nosso retorno para as 13:00; quando retornamos as 12:50 nossas malas já tinham sido retiradas do quarto, sem nenhum cuidado, e fomos mal tratados como se tivéssemos feito algo errado, foi muito desagradável."
