The apartment welcomes guests in an elegant and harmonious environment, designed with great attention to space optimization. The contemporary Venetian style is expressed through refined details and a refined color palette in shades of blue and gold, which gives brightness, character and a sophisticated atmosphere to any environment.
At the entrance there is, on the right, a fully equipped kitchen with an elegantly designed dining table and chairs, equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and microwave, perfect for every need during your stay.
On the left is the bright sleeping area, characterized by a comfortable double bedroom embellished with two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The room leads directly to a refined marble bathroom, with attention to the smallest details to offer comfort and a touch of exclusivity.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
