Then we have two bedrooms with a nice double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables and one of the two bedrooms has access to the terrace. finally, the bathroom complete with sink, bidet, shower with curtain and toilet. Once you get to the floor, you will easily find the apartment by going down the corridor to the left to the end, with an entrance through the door on the left.
As soon as you enter you will be greeted by a bright living area with a fully equipped wooden kitchen, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and kettle , perfect for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners in total autonomy. The dining area has a table and chairs, while a French window leads to a pleasant terrace furnished with table and chairs , ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning or relaxing outdoors after a day at the beach.
The living area is completed by a comfortable sofa and TV , creating a perfect space for moments of relaxation in company.
The sleeping area offers two comfortable double bedrooms , both furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. One of the rooms also has direct access to the terrace, offering a pleasant private corner where you can start the day with the sea breeze.

Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
