"When reserving the room it gave me the option of a “cabin”, so that’s what I chose. The “cabin” was a beautiful stand alone I bedroom condo with fully appointed kitchen, living room, dining area. The shower was beautiful as were the wrap around front room window. All of this situated in a wooded, hillside peaceful setting. The amenities were incredible, as well. "It was a beautiful stay, 3. days 2 nights but the 2nd day we were gone for the day and came back to our cabin at 88 degrees, apparently the ac went out but they were prompt and got us another room asap! Beautiful property!"

"This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Communication with the owner was wonderful and I couldn’t speak more highly for that interaction the ease of the rental and the property itself."

"FABULOUS STAY!!! Todd was easy to communicate with. The house and guest house were both tidy and having a fenced in yard was wonderful for our pup. Incredible peaceful location overlooking Prescott with a quick walk to downtown while not being in the thick of the nightlife. We'll be back for sure:)"
