This second floor condo was new to the rental market for 2013 and is located close to the fitness center and swimming pool. It is beautifully decorated in a coastal theme. There are many custom upgrades such as cherry wood floors, granite counter tops, and Jenn Air appliances. It is the only unit in Sunset Bay with an extra large shower with multiple jets in the Master Bath.
