Unit 213 has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, beautiful decor, and amazing water views!

This second floor condo was new to the rental market for 2013 and is located close to the fitness center and swimming pool. It is beautifully decorated in a coastal theme. There are many custom upgrades such as cherry wood floors, granite counter tops, and Jenn Air appliances. It is the only unit in Sunset Bay with an extra large shower with multiple jets in the Master Bath. It also has an open lay-out and all of the amenities in Unit 103 (our first condo at Sunset Bay - VRBO #304765) including a gel fuel fireplace. There is a custom shower instead of a jetted tub in the Master Bath.

Beautiful second floor condo in Sunset Bay is located has a breathtaking sunset view over the marina with a deck that spans the length of the condo. It has an open layout in the main living area with granite counter tops in the kitchen. You can see the bay from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the Master Bedroom. The twin bedroom also has a unique Assateague mural done by local artist Jan Eichfeld.

Come & stay in this unit that feels like an upscale hotel with all the comforts of home. There are two LCD TVs - one in the living room with a DVD player and one in the Queen Bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops & brand new appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator. The tv stand in the living room has a gel fuel fireplace. There are sliding doors to the deck from the living room and the Master Bedroom with breathtaking sunset views!

Sunset Bay Villas is a short walk from the Historic Main Street Shops and the Fireman's Carnival. Spend time at the beach, go biking or hiking, explore the Wildlife Refuge, or take a nature cruise at sunset with Daisey's Dockside. There are so many things to do on this beautiful island.

Beautiful apartment, immaculately kept

We always stay in this block of apartments. This was our first time in this articular apartment Beautiful view and especially sunsets are something to look for. Swimming pool is a plus and only a few blocks away from supermarket and very nice bookshop. Highly reccomend

Excellent Stay!

Great home base for a stay on Chincoteague! Immaculate and modern 3BR with easy access to the pool. We recently stayed with our kids and grandkids. King size master bedroom is on the opposite side from the other bedrooms which gave us a little privacy. Spa-like shower and beautiful water view. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and we appreciated the washer and dryer. My kids had so much fun crabbing and fishing off the docks. Amazing sunsets! Location is walking distance to several restaurants and gift shops. Great location and easy to get anywhere. Annie, the owner, was so hospitable ahead of our visit and took the time to explain the layout of the island and her family’s favorite spots! Definitely helped us make the most of our visit. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect vacation spot

We arrived at sunset and the view was breathtaking. The place is well kept and beautifully decorated. Annie took great care of us before our arrival and during our stay. She was easily accessible, very responsive, and provided us with great suggestions. We had a wonderful time at Sunset Bay Villa and look forward to returning in the future!

Breathtaking sunsets and sunrises

Location of this apartment is outstanding! Very spacious rooms enough for my family of 6 who had an awesome time. Walking distance to anything we need in the island. My son had even the opportunity to learn how to catch (and release) crabs from the docks. The sunsets are simply magical. The view of the bay is unique and we all took advantage of the large balcony and chairs. The breeze from the bay was wonderful. Communication with the owner (Annie) was straightforward and her responsiveness is superb. Every question was answered and any concern immediately addressed. It’s clear she takes pride on ensuring the comfort of her guests. We’ll definitely stay again there!

Perfect Chincoteague Stay!

We stayed for a weekend getaway in June and this property was ideal for our family of four. Everything was as advertised, the property was clean and fully ready. Check in was easy, and Annie did a fantastic job communicating. Superb western sound / sunset view, and if you can be here for a launch, Wallops Island is perfectly in view. The unit is an ideal size, with the master bedroom on the other end of the unit from the secondary bedrooms, so privacy is excellent. The beach chairs were much appreciated, and the boys made good use of the large crab trap right off the dock on property. Great fun! This unit lacks nothing and is an ideal base for a Chincoteague holiday. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the island.

Labor Day Weekend in Chincoteague

Annie's condo was the perfect location for a long weekend family getaway to Chincoteague! The condo has beautiful waterfront views overlooking the bay, and a great balcony to sit and watch the sunset in the evenings. Sunset Bay Villas is in a fantastic location in Chincoteague - close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is a very nice space, spacious and relaxing. It was a great visit and I'm looking forward to returning!

I just stayed in this property for the weekend. This apartment is very big and comfortable. Has a great layout. Has a nice balcony with a relaxing view. Great location-near many restaurants and stores. Convenient parking lot with lots of spaces. Highly recommended.

Very nice!

Loved the balcony and view of the water - although it's a side view with the house being surrounded by other condos. Very accommodating and clean. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Do be aware to the fact you need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper, paper towels, and kleenex.

Great vacation!

The condo was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We had a wonderful time! The only downside was the kitchen cookware. I would definitely stay here again. Annie was so great to work with; she answered every text promptly and was very kind and accommodating.

Truly our vacation home away from home

This was our second year visiting Chincoteague and staying at Annie's beautiful condo on the bay. It's spacious and beautifully decorated but not fussy. The living room and master bedroom feature spectacular views of the bay. Sunsets on the balcony are not to be missed. During our week we enjoyed a lot of activities, including swimming in the ocean and birding at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge; a fantastic boat trip where we saw Assateague ponies up close (as well as dolphins); a movie at the nostalgic and comfortable theater on Main Street; pony rides and lessons, and the best ice cream ever at Island Creamery. This condo community is one of the few vacation rentals with a pool, so every day our 4 and 7 year old girls got to swim and play with other kids in the pool--instant friends. And because the condo is so comfortable, we were able to spend some quiet time relaxing "at home" away from the chores and responsibilities of real life. We hope to come here every year!
