"The unit itself was clean and well stocked for the short stay we had. Although it had a balcony, the deck would benefit from a power washing as it was quite dirty. The building the unit is located in is old and has some very strong cooking odors from other unit but tolerable. The location of the building, it's proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping is excellent. Overall, had an okay stay."

"The room definitely needs some work on updating areas. The carpets in the bedrooms are cream colored and had a lot of stains and the rug that was in the living room was the same. The overall cleanliness of the room was ok, but with the carpets I did not feel so comfortable. We had an issue with the freezer having a hanging wire and it temporarily was not working but contacted them and they had someone come look at it and fix it right away.
