Stay in this charming, self-contained cottage for two people in a 17th-century farmhouse. From the lovely living room, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and relax on the large terrace overlooking the pond. A little further on, you might spot our ponies, watching you with envious eyes. You'll appreciate the landscaping of this property, which is part of the "Route de la Rose" (Rose Route).

Located in the commune of Chilleurs-aux-Bois, it is just 5 km from the Château de Chamerolles and near the Forêt Domaniale d’Orléans (Orléans State Forest). You access your cottage through the farmyard, where you can park your vehicle. - A spacious living area awaits you, comprising a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (sink, 108L refrigerator with small freezer compartment, 3-zone hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a table and two chairs for your meals, as well as a comfortable lounge area with a glass-enclosed bathtub overlooking the private terrace and the pond.

- A separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) for your comfort. The bed can be separated into two single beds (90cm) upon request. Linens are provided.

- An adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine).

Enjoy the outdoors with the adjoining terrace and its view of the pond. You will have garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol), sun loungers, and a barbecue for sunny days.
